French BioBeach is a life science catalyst between France & Southern California's life sciences companies, enabling and fostering business relationships.  Within the framework of South Bio Alliance (SBA), French BioBeach & the Southern French region "Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur", have joined forces to set up an International Program in partnership with BIOCOM.  The Trade Delegation starting in Nice (France), ending in Marseilles (France) April 27th-30th 2015 will be led by Joe Panetta (BIOCOM) and Stephane Richard (French BioBeach) as well as US companies with a European Expansion Project.  Southern California companies in the fields of Medical Device, Diagnostics and/or eHealth cosidering expanding its business in Europe are primarily selected to participate in the program.

 

THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:

- Networking events with French Medtech and Diagnostics companies looking for International Partners,

- Workshop on financing and R&D incentives with EU and France officials (how to access Free money),

- Presentation from French Legal and Tax Environment, University Hospital meetings,

- Presentation from Tech Transfer Office, its IP portfolio & licensing opportunities with access to funds,

 

The South of France represents the most dynamic Life Sciences community with 400+ companies, 6000+ researchers, and the second largest Life Sciences research network in France,  It also comprises the largest biocluster in France: $640 Million USD (€ 475 Million) awarded to 130 successful R&D projects.
